📝 Return Procedure

  1. Report the Issue Within 3 Days of Receipt Please inspect your goods upon arrival. Any claims must be submitted within 3 calendar days after delivery.
  2. Photo & Video Proof Required Before returning any items, you must provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue (e.g., incorrect product, damage). Send the materials to our customer service for verification and confirmation.

🚚 Damages During Shipping

If goods are damaged or lost during transportation (not caused by packaging or sorting), please:

We will submit a compensation claim to the shipping carrier on your behalf.
